The waterproof membrane is made with pre-paved full bonding installation and does not require full bonding of the protection layer and the structure.

1.Product overview

Aichuang NPS-H non-bitumen-based polymer self-adhesive film (prepaved) waterproof membrane is a polymer waterproof membrane that is made by compositing HDPE with water-resistant and ultraviolet-resistant polymer gel with a special process.

2.Product features

① High strength: it can effectively prevent breakage or puncture without a protection layer and can be poured with concrete after being bound with steel reinforcements.

② Full bonding with structural layer: it can form permanent bonding with concrete to achieve high bonding strength and good water locking effect and also can prevent moisture seeping into the structure effectively.

③ Preventing damages caused by foundation settlement to the waterproof layer: with foundation settlement, the protection layer can tear the traditional waterproof layer. The materials with pre-paved full bonding installation can be bonded with structure to avoid damages.

④ Shorter work period: the pre-paved full bonding installation has low requirements for base surface and shortens the work period by 1/3 compared with common membranes.
