Biogo^TM double-component waterproofing coating belongs to solidify waterproof materials, and the Group A is isocyanate terminated pre-polymer polycondensated by polyether and isocyanate, Group B is colored liquid composed of plasticizer, curing agent, thickening agents, coagulant agent and filler, ,ix Group A and B evenly as rate and brush on the waterproofing substrate surface, form a elastics and rubber-like coating film through cross-linking and solididying at normal temperature, which plays a role of waterproofing

Characteristic

l  Biogo^TM  double-component waterproofing coating forms seamless, integrate elasticity waterproof layer solidifying, and improve waterproof and seeping resistance of the project, which is waterproof membrane that can not be attained. Especially the coating film has high elasticity and elongation, high adaptability to substrate craking or expansion.

Application technology

l  Substrate need be firm, smooth, no sundries, inside corner and outside corner should be made into circular arc, the diameter of insider corner should be more than 50mm, and the outside corder

l  Should be more than 10mm.;

Ingredient and dosage: according to application dosage, evenly mixing round o us.

l  Reference dosage; coating film dosage is about 1.3-1.5kg/sqm when the thickness is 1mm.

Large waterproof application, coating uniformity mixed coating with a rubber or plastic scraper, the thickness is onsistent, generally it is 1.5mm to 2.0mm, should be brushed in 3 to 4 times, the last time brushing should be done after the pervious brushing cures and becomes film, and brushing at a ertical direction. Generally as a separate film-forming, for underground project board, should pave a layer of felt reinforced material in addition

Coating thickness: To underground project thickness is 1.2 to 2.0mm, generally 1.5mm; to toilet thickness is not less than 1.5mm; to multilayer waterproof of exposured roof construction thickness is not less than 1.2,,; to one layer waterproof of grade Ⅲ waterproof, thickness is not less than 2mm;

Finishing layer application: scatter the cleaned sand before the last time brushing is not solidified.

Protection layer: on the coating film surface should do insulation protection as the design.

Attention

l  Diluent can’t be alcohol acid, nitro diluent such as paint thinner, don’t touch with water.

l  Keep ventilate ration, mo fire.

l  If the material has slight disposition, it should be evenly mixed before use

l  The construction site must keep good ventilation and should not apply in rainy day;

l  Open the cover when use, it must be use up in 40 minutes;

l  If find broken coating film in construction site, dig around the broken opening with cutting knife, and then brush waterproofing coating and repair

Storage and attention items

l  Keep materials in the room which is dry and ventilate ration

l  Avoid direct sunlight when transportation, avoid collisions and pay attention to fire

l  The guarantee period of storage is six months, the coating out of storage time should be used after rechecking
