Clear-Seal waterproof paint for exterior walls, is a special polymer copolymer emulsion, modified by a variety of additives developed from water-based environmentally friendly waterproof paint, Clear-Seal paint, does not change the appearance of the original decorative layer. The coating film possesses good flexibility, strong weather resistance as well as water resistance.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for wall leakage protection of tile, concrete or old painted surface of various buildings.

Product Characteristics

Clear-Seal coating film: the product is colorless, turn into Clear-Seal after film formation, and does not affect the original wall decoration effect and the original appearance.

Strong weather resistance: high low temperature resistance, UV resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no chalking, no yellowing.

Strong adhesion: with concrete, stone, ceramic tile, old paint and other substrates are strong bonding performance.

Good mechanical properties: flexible coating film, with good flexibility, can cover the wall micro-cracks.

Efficient water blocking: excellent water resistance and water-white resistance, no swelling with water, good waterproof effect.

Construction Process

Base surface cleaning

The surface shall be smooth, solid, no floating ash, no loose, no oil, for the surface of the chalking of the base, need to first remove the surface material with an iron brush or sandpaper clean; loose cracked parts should be chiseled and repaired in advance, tile base should first clean up the gap, the depth of about 5 mm, and then clean the tile surface. In the waterproof construction before, the grass-roots level must be dry, no water.

Construction Paint

After the base surface is dry, the first construction shall be as uniform as possible;

After the first coating film is completely dry, the second construction shall be carried out; the direction of construction shall be staggered.

Film Protection

After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, all parts of the entire project shall be carefully checked, especially for the exterior tile gaps, the paint shall not have missed brushing, layering, warping, cracking and other phenomena. Find out the cause if there problem arise, and fix it in time.

Caution

The construction is strictly prohibited in rainy, snowy and windy weather of grade 5 or above.

The temperature of construction environment shall be 5~35°C under ventilation condition, construction in wet and cold weather is strictly prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to add water to the paint to dilute it.

After construction, it is strictly forbidden to meet water before the paint is dried.

When it is winter or the temperature is too low, pay attention to material insulation.

In order to ensure the best waterproof effect, the scope of painting should be slightly larger than the area where the leakage occurs, to achieve complete coverage of the effect of closure.

Packaging and storage

The products are non-flammable and explosive materials, and can be transported as general cargo.

Different types of products shall be stacked separately and shall not be mixed.

Avoid sun and rain, prevent collision, and pay attention to ventilation.

Store in a cool, dry warehouse at a temperature of 5~35°C and avoid freezing.

Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is at least 6 months from the date of production. After 6 months, the material can be used again after passing the test.
