Working poins:

Base layer treatment -Brush primer-Detail enhancement treatment-Coating film of large area–closing treatment-inspection

Base layer treatment: the base layer should be soild and dry and does not contain mud and sand ,litters;The internal corner should be treated into smooth arc;  Handle the substrate when new the roof and metal roof ;

Brush primer: Mix primer A and B as the percent 10:1 , stir thoroughly,then Mix with water as the percent 30%–50%, stir thoroughly and brush on the substrate, dosage 0.05~0.1kg/m^2,   dry time 10~20min, If have rest , can use in future .

Detail enhancement treatment: The deformation seam , water fall opening , protruding pipe , eaves gutter , and gutter etc part , Set up enhanced waterproof layer or perform corresponding procedures according to requirements of treatment of key and difficult points .

Coating film of large area : Can brush or spray . must be brush 2 to 3 times , During each pass of coating , should be wait 2~4 hours ,Brush the next time , Vertical construction.

Closing treament: after waterproof layer area is finished , the waterproof layer should be closed , the closing treatment should be in compliance with the requirements of treatment of key and difficult points .

Inspection: Do as the requirement of different area’rule .

Transport and storage:

1.Products of different types or specifications should be stored separately during storage and transportation.
2.Against insolation and rain , the storage temperature should be 5℃-35℃.
3.The storage period is one year .

Precautions:
1. No work is allowed to be carried out in snowy and rainy days or days with wind being 5℃ to 35℃。 
2.Applicable to wet base surface: work can be carried out on the wet base surface as long as there is no visible water on the base surface , Therefore , it can be applied in rainy season . Notice : cannot work under blazing sun .

3.The ambient temperature of work shall be 5℃-35℃。

4. Before construction PU coating , Need Primer to handle the substrate .

1.0mm Dosage 2.0kg/m²-2.2kg/㎡
